Walk Away the Pounds

Each Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:00 am we offer a physical fitness activity using “Lisa Sansone –Walk the Walk: 1 & 2 Mile” DVD.  We use the high-energy, 2-mile workout INDOORS that boosts your metabolism, burns fat, and lifts your spirit as you lift your feet.  Feel the tension melting away …. your muscles getting strong and lean and your body finding a new sense of power that comes from a great combination of brisk, total body walking and a renewed faith in God.  There is a break at 1 mile, if you aren’t up to walking 2 miles.  There is no charge for this class.
